This policy explains what information Data Driven Labs, LLC (“Data Driven Labs,” “we,” “us”) collects through datadrivenlabs.io, how we use it and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

Information you give us

Contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, the services you're interested in, your budget range and your message.
Calls and email: whatever you choose to share when you contact us.
Clients: billing contacts, project details, and access to accounts or systems you grant us to deliver our services.

Information collected automatically

Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate location (city or region), collected through Google Analytics.
Security data: IP address, browser details and request logs, processed by Cloudflare to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and by Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm a real person is submitting our forms.

Our free tools

UTM builder, QR code generator, schema generator and calculators run in your browser. What you type isn't sent to us. The UTM builder can remember your recent links in your own browser's storage; you can clear them at any time.
AI crawler checker: when you enter a domain, our server requests that site's public robots.txt and llms.txt files to show you the results. We may keep results for a short time to speed up repeat checks, and we log requests to prevent abuse.

To keep the site, our forms and our tools secure and free of spam.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

Analytics: Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to count visits and measure how the site is used. It doesn't load at all if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. You can also opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Security: Cloudflare and Turnstile may use cookies or similar signals to tell people from bots.

We don't run advertising on this site and don't use advertising cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; the site will still work.

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy and security commitments:

Cloudflare — website hosting, security and form verification.
Google — website analytics.
Zoho — our CRM, which stores contact-form submissions and client contact details.
Payment processors — client payments are handled by a PCI-compliant third-party processor; we don't store full card numbers.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of the business.

Affiliate links

Some pages, such as our hosting comparisons, contain affiliate links. If you click one and buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The partner's site may set its own cookies to track the referral; its privacy policy applies there.

Client data

When we work on a client's website, marketing or analytics, we may handle data the client controls, such as their customers' information. We process it only to provide the agreed services, keep it confidential as described in our terms, and follow the client's instructions.

How long we keep information

We keep contact-form inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as the relationship lasts plus the period required for tax and legal purposes. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings. We delete or anonymize information when it's no longer needed.

Security

The site is served over encrypted HTTPS and protected by Cloudflare. We limit access to personal information to people who need it, use strong authentication on our accounts, and keep systems updated. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you by email within 7 business days of discovering it, or sooner if the law requires.

Your choices and rights

Access, correction and deletion: you can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
Email: we only send marketing email if you've asked for it. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email support@datadrivenlabs.io to be removed.
Analytics: use the opt-out tools in the cookies section above.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: we honor both. If your browser sends either signal, we don't load Google Analytics or any other analytics for your visit. Security tools that protect the site and our forms still run.

Depending on where you live — including California and other US states, the UK and the European Union — you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email support@datadrivenlabs.io or use the other contact details below. We'll verify your request and respond within 45 days, and we won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where our service providers are located.

Children's privacy

This website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other websites, including tools and resources we recommend. Their privacy practices are their own, and we're not responsible for their content or policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. We'll post the updated version on this page and change the “last updated” date at the top.
